Double Edge Razor Blades

My 1st venture into DE Shaving and decided on these after doing research and getting some advice from Traditional Shaving. Since I'm new to DE Shaving I've only done single pass (with the odd 2 passes) So far so good, no nicks and a fair shave.

I like these blades no issue what so ever and they seem to last longer than other, Pus the fact they are made in Germany, and not some other place or places

I found these blades gave me a very close comfortable shave no matter which of my razors that I used (both Muhle and Parker). They also lasted for more shaves than a couple of the other well known and popular brands.

nice blade good value

A sharp, but aggressive blade. They are ideal for me and have become my blade of choice, staying sharp for 7 shaves with my Merkur 37C. As they are quite unforgiving I would only recommend them to those who are experienced using a safety razor.

These blades are sharp, yet remarkably smooth. My preferred blade in a Muhle R41.

Fast delivery; good quality and durable but I too have experienced some skin irritation. Good value.

Just don't get on with these. They are very sharp and durable but seem to cause me a lot of irritation and can be variable - some days fine, other days it looked like I had shaved with a cheese grater.

Tried them again after a break in using them, just seem to give me nicks all the time. Thrown remainder away, gone back to Lords Platinum.

Used as part of the excellent sample pack. Found them less sharp than personna, shark and Gillette 7. However have purchased a shavette so will use these in it for practice.

I first started shaving with a cut throat but a kid in a hurry soon moved to a safety razor eventually finding of all the blades available including Gillette, Wilkinson Sword was the blade for me..after using them happily for 30 odd years it became easier and cheaper to use Bic etc , never as good, but adequate.
After becoming increasingly more dissatisfied with Throw away razors..eventually an expensive electric razor was bought for me..I never liked them before I didn't like the shave they gave..I was by now increasingly un happy with my shave..and missed my Wilkinson sword blades..I talked with a barber who was using a cut throat with a Wilkinson blade in it, on my neck ..no stropping needed Hmm I thought he told me where to buy the Razor . it came with a pack of blades..the blades were naff but enabled me to get my shaving skill back without cutting bits of me off..soon back with my old skill I needed Wilkinson blades no other would do , simple !!!
the net is a great way to shop after looking in high Street shops and finding out the prices The Shaving Company turned out the best price I had to order a minimum of £6 to get the free postage but its still a saving of £1.80 anywhere else and I now have a cut throat that gives me 20 blades from a pack of ten..a real bargain , really happy with the service from the shaving company and my shave?? ..smooth as a baby's bum!! I'm a happy shaver once again , thank you Shaving Company. Would I recommend? Of course I would.

Perfectly good blades and no issues at all

My blade of choice. Inexpensive and always result in a close, comfortable shave. I get several shaves out of each blade, so good value for money.

Only Just Started To Shave With A DE Razor , I,m Tending To Find These A Bit Harsh A Round My Neck No Matter What I Use Prier To Shaving , I Think I'll Try Another Brand And See If That Helps Any

Brilliant blades at a great price! I manage 4 face and head shaves per edge, or 8 shaves per blade, which means a new blade roughly every week. But some people with less vigorous beards might be able to skip one or may be two days, as these blades really do give a close shave, especially in my Parker 96R Butterfly and using Taylors cream. Keep up the good work!

These blades are the best i have found, a nice clean smooth shave.

Great product supplied by a great company. Will definitely continue using The Traditional Shaving Company for my grooming needs and will also recommend them to both my family and friends.

I freed myself from multi-blade plastic hell some time ago, and used only Feathers for the last two years, thinking that as they are the sharpest available they must give the least irritation. Now I've finally tried these and Astra's, and I found I get almost no redness around the neck area., for the first time in my life. So I have learnt what lots of DE shavers say; you just need to find the right blade for your skin.

A quality blade. The dispenser works easily, with room in the back for spent blades. I use each side of the double edged blades once (four shaves), and it's like using a new blade each day. There is not too much wax on the blade, so your razor is easy to clean. Highly recommended.

I tried a multi-pack of assorted blades but found that these are the only ones that I can shave nic-free with.

My initial impression is that these are nowhere near as close a shave as my previous blades (Astras). However they were less aggressive towards sensitive areas of my face.

Quality set. Best I ve used so far.
