Christmas Delivery Dates

The last ordering dates for Christmas delivery are:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked - Order by 11am Wednesday 18th December.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - Order by 11am Friday 20th December.

Our team and office will be closed from 20nd Dec for the Christmas and New year break until we re-open again on 2nd January .

All orders placed on or after Friday afternoon 20th December will be dispatched on Thursday 2nd January 2024.

Delivery is available worldwide and all orders are sent using Royal Mail. Order before 10:30am for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 10:30am or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

UK Orders

We have three delivery options available to UK customers.

• Royal Mail 48 tracked. £3.50 delivery charge per order or free on orders over £40. This has an estimated 2 days delivery time after the order has been dispatched. This option offers full delivery tracking including email and sms updates.

• Royal Mail 24 Tracked. £5.00 delivery charge per order or £1.50 on orders over £40. This has a 1 day delivery time after the order has been dispatched but this is not guaranteed. This option offers full delivery tracking including email and sms updates.

International Orders

For international orders the postage costs for your order will be displayed in the shopping basket after you have added your items and chosen your selected shipping country. We offer both tracked and untracked delivery services which are displayed in the shopping basket. For some countries we can only send by tracked mail.

Please note that we are no longer able to send aftershave/cologne products to international addresses.

Orders Out of Stock

We are not able to part-ship orders when they contain products that are out of stock. If your order contains items that are out of stock then your order will be placed on hold until all items are available. If you need some items more urgently then please order them separately.

Packaging

All of our external packaging is 100% recyclable and all of our protective materials are either re-used or biodegradeable to help to protect the environment.

Delayed / Lost Orders

All shipping times displayed are estimates and are not guaranteed. The vast majority of orders will arrive within the estimated time but there are occasionally exceptions resulting in orders being delayed. UK orders can sometimes take up to 14 working days to arrive and international orders can take up to 21 working days to arrive. Orders that have not arrived after 14 working days (21 working days for international orders) will be considered to be lost in transit and a replacement will be sent.
