This is an absolutely fantastic product. Leaves your skin feeling fresh and hidrated. The sent is really nice and long lasting so no need for aftershave if not required. I have honestly tried really expensive skin creams and am kicking myself for not finding this sooner because this is the best skin cream I have ever used. I will be definitely getting this again and for the for see able. Thank you traditional shaving company for your excellent service! I did not want to write how amazing this skin moisteriser is because I don’t want the world to know my secret.

I've recently purchased my second bottle of this very fine product despite having owned the first for almost a year and having well over half a bottle left. As previous reviewers have noted, a bottle should last for months so you do get good value for money.

I personally use this as an aftershave. However, I can easily imagine that it would be good to use as a pre-shave or with a shaving cream too. As an aftershave it's ideal because it's not greasy, is easily absorbed and the fragrance doesn't interfere with a cologne/EDT.

I can empathise with a previous reviewer regarding the scent. The scent for this is nothing like the Sandalwood shaving cream in Trumper's range. It's fair to say every Sandalwood shaving product has a different scent. I like the scent for this product a lot though - personally, I wish the cream had the same scent!

Sublime, great pre and post shave product. Leaves my skin feeling silky smooth and refreshed after a shave. Non greasy with a great scent, wouldn't like to have to describe the scent as all the Sandalwood products I have tried from different companies all have a unique aroma. Not cheap but will last for ages. Great tip I got from another website was adding a couple of drops to your shaving cream to improve performance, works a treat. Just need to try the other scents now.

I use it as a pre and after shave - works well and nice smell too

Silky smooth and helps the shave when used pre-shave. Slightly thinner than the lime and spreads and is absorbed very easily. The fragrance is quite old-fashioned. I wouldn't describe it as sandalwood, although sandalwood notes are in there somewhere, together with a gentle spice and lemon (to my nose, anyway). I still use a little moisturiser as these skin foods leave the skin with a slight tightness. Will order again, when this bottle eventually runs out.

At the repeated reference to wet shaving is a fantastic thing. Nice, not fat. Fast shipping. A real man is supposed to blue shaved nice and unobtrusive fragrant. Thank you.

First of all, it has probably the best name for a face cream... I mean, Skin Food? Great marketing.

Secondly and most important, it is indeed a great cream, that can be used pre and after shaving, with equal success, no matter what your skin type is (unless it is really very oily). The scent is very soft, and after a while it really doesn't mix with your cologne. When I finish this bottle, I'll have to try the Coral one, heard great things also...

In conclusion, simply one of the best out there, and the price really isn't that high, as it will last you months and months.
