Helps with the glide nice it's water based nice fragrance I use it on a damp face but leave it on and lather up then shave
Very good pre-shave
It has a very agreeable - if slightly understated - scent which I liked. More to the point , it does a very good job of softening the beard.
However, for many years I have been using pre-shave creams which are more competitively priced (also from TSC) which are equally as good. At £8/100ml the Leodis is very good value; but whether it would find a permanent place in my 'shave den' at its full price is ponderable. Maybe as a special treat; I would be very happy to give/receive it as a gift.
Closer shave
I definitely get a closer shave when I use this. I like the packaging which is recyclable. Would buy again in future.
