Excellent aftershave
I received a sample of this with another order and liked it so much that I ordered a full bottle. I really feels more refreshing than the Taylor's aftershave I had been using. The fragrance is pleasant too.
sting in the tail
When I received this from TSC and smelt the scent - very agreeable it is, too - I was very eager to try it after my next shave.
First with the Leodis pre-shave (excellent!) then a 3-pass shave with one of my usual creams/soaps and a favourite razor, I applied some Leodis after-shave balm. Great.
Then, after a minute or two, I experienced a slight stinging sensation which I thought was rather contradictory to the ethos of a post-shave balm. Thankfully, the sensation did wear off after a while.
In acknowledging that everyone's skin is different, whilst the Leodis balm didn't quite do for me, it could be perfect for others. There's only one way to find out...
