Very pleased with this stand, though when I bought it I thought it would accommodate any razor and found this not to be the case, so ended up buying a new razor, which was no bad thing and am now pleased with the new razor and stand combo.
Back in 2013 I bought one of these stands and as you will see from that feedback I rated it highly except for the brush aperture. TSC said they would attend to that and they have, so top marks to them. My new stand now makes up a matching pair that I am delighted with.
Very good stand- heavy and well balanced. Used with my recently purchased Muhle R89 grande razor and their synthetic brush, also in imitation horn and matches well

Very well made shaving stand with a flawless finish and enough weight to ensure it doesn't topple over. Matches my horn style brush and Merkur razor perfectly. Also worth noting that the stand was packaged beautifully and was received quickly. 10/10 for customer service.
A very nice stand, let down by the fact that the brush holder arms are a little narrow, I had to modify the brush to fit. However to be fair this has been picked up by the TSC and they offered to replace the stand with a larger one, but as I had already modified the brush there was little point.
I have been told that later models will not have this problem, weel done TSC.
