I wanted an old fashioned aftershave, read reviews of this product. It certainly makes the face glow after a shave, not strongly scented so possible to use a moisturizer on top.

This is very difficult because I like Proraso stuff. I use the pre and post shave cream daily and love it and would recommend it highly. Because I had the cream I thought I'd have the aftershave to match. A traditional aftershave sounded like a good idea as well as reading the other reviews of cool and refreshing. I think I must have used a different product! It stung like hell and dried my face out really quickly. I guess that's the alcohol. It continued to burn for some time afterwards and really aggravated any redness. I use an alum block and know when I've overcooked the shave but this aftershave took the sting to new dimensions.
Smells great but I think you have to be brave to face this one or just Italian! Sorry Proraso. I'll stick to my usual cooling balm in future.
Wonderful aftershave. A really nice cool menthol hit, though not too harsh. The cooling factor feels nice after you've shaved. Certainly worth the money.

Bought this a while ago and it's now ran out. It's a great product that does a good job of calming irritation and helping you feel fresh. It smells great too. Helps to prevent serious shaving rash so that you can shave again the next day, which is a chanllenge for someone with geniunely sensitive skin like my own.
I love this Aftershave, it is a lovely finish to the Menthol & Eucalyptus soap or Cream. You can of course use it after any shaving product to suit yourself. I shall be Buying more of this as a regular!
