Without oil but with oil!
I had to confirm this Bay Rum was the 'no oil option when there is a big globule of it floating in the bottle. Shake very well and it disperses but still leaves hair looking like it's been oiled. As for the Bay Rum scent, it's not got that pleasant barbershop spices smell but has an overwhelming smokey smell, more reminiscent of sandalwood. First and last bottle for me.
