Thrown In Stone Oatmeal Shaving Scuttle. This handmade scuttle is used to make your shaving lather and then keep it warm during shaving. An inner water chamber is filled with very hot water through the spout to keep the scuttle, and the lather, warm to ensure a truly luxurious shaving experience. The bowl is ridged to help build lather quickly and it has steep sides to ensure the lather doesn't overflow. Each piece is shaped by hand and finished with a unqiue oatmeal glaze. Please note that due to the nature of this product, each piece varies slightly in shape and finish.

Love the grooves
This is a BIG scuttle, it's about a third larger than it needs to be. The spout is a little lower than desired so doesn't hold that much water. The grooves are perfect for lathering up.
