First time using a safety razor. I have to say without doubt it's the closest shave I've ever had, and a real pleasure to shave with. All the products in the starter kit have been well chosen, and put together. Love the smell of the sandalwood shaving cream. Great service, and delivery. No need to look any further to get all your shaving, and male grooming products. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.
New to wet shaving - I have used an electric one for many years - the starter kit is an ideal start. I ordered on a Friday night - made some changes to the original - and I received it on the Wednesday. Excellent service. Moreover, your Ultimate Guides are necessary for new DE Wet shavers. I will be coming back to order other items.
Really pleased with this kit and the shaves I've had with it. It takes a bit more time than shaving with a cartridge razor and you have to take much more care, but the trade off is a much more rewarding shave with fantastic results when you get the technique right.
Was also very pleased with the service. One of the items I ordered wasn't in stock, so I asked for this to be swapped for another item (Swapped the Sandalwood shaving cream for Lavender, which actually turned out to be a happy accident!) and this was done quickly with no problems. My items arrived promptly and I thought the complementary sweets were a nice touch. Will definitely be using this site again when I need more supplies.

I have bought this Kit for my Stepson who has showed a great interest in my DE Shaving Products. He wants to change from the Aerosol gels and Mach 11,/ Fusion multi blade style.
I Made the kit up with the Sandalwood Cream as he liked the smell of mine, the Ebony brush and Black Razor. A superb way to start someone on the road to a decent DE Shaving Experience, and with the bonus of Very Good Products at a reasonable price. The Derby Blades are ideal for starting with as they are a good sharp blade but more forgiving until you get some shaves under your belt.
Great way to start your DE shaving journey with all the basic kit you need. This may be the cheapest kit but all the items are great quality and coupled with the blade selection pack you can work through the blades to find your perfect shave. Great and very fast service and delivery and I expect to be using Traditional Shaving Co for many years and will recommend to anyone looking for shaving goods.
