R89 Rose Gold razor
A first class razor in all respects , gives a nice close shave and looks fantastic.
Just the right weight , a joy to use.
This razor is a beauty, with the rose gold plating and the metal contrast. It gleams and shines and just looks wonderful in the bathroom cabinet. As for performance I have nothing to complain about. The balance is just right in hand, making it easy to get a smooth, close shave without nicks or cuts if you use the right blade. The reason I give it four stars, rather than five, is the weight. Even though it lays comfortably in hand, and is well balanced, it is a very light razor. I personally prefer something a bit heavier, a bit sturdier, where the balance point lays more in the handle than in the head.
Another class act from Muhle! Nice weight, well balanced & feels good in the hand. On a par with the Edwin Jagger DE86, 87 & 89 razors. Love it.
This is my third Muhle but by far the nicest looking , beautifully engineered razor.
