Does not seem to work. Also, the menthol smell borders on the painful. Advice: avoid.
Can't fault it; this is a very good pre-shave. The hint of menthol did take me a bit by surprise, though. But... I quite like menthol, it gives a nice 'cooling' feeling, so no problem!
i use this before my 3rd against the grain pass and it makes a huge difference. No more irritation, redness or burn and a fanrtastic menthol tingle as a Brucey bonus ! A really great product for anyone with sensitive skin.
Great stuff, no shaving burn
Really fresh and tingling sensation when applied. Wakes the skin up. Does it improve the shave - not sure but it feels and smells right.

I bought this pre-shave lotion after investing in the EJ Aloe Vera Shave Cream and Aftershave. I thought that a shave could not get more comfortable but I was wrong. This lotion makes a big difference to my shave and that says alot since I am a sensitive skin shaver. I get no irritation or razorbumbs when using this great pre-shave treatment.

This cream is excellent! It helps to protect my slightly sensitive and soften the stubble so i can get a very nice close shave. Even my wife has noticed how my much close my shave is and that my skin feels nicer so I will definitely continue to use this cream and highly recommend it to anyone.
