Penhaligons Elixir Bath & Shower Gel
Created in 2008, Elixir opens with eucalyptus and the harmonising hot spices of cardamom, cinnamon and mace. The heart notes massage the senses with the dark magic of Turkish rose and jasmine and a twist of orange. Heat and smoke rise from the base and incense and woods mingle with the earthy resins and spices. A touch of vanilla and the hypnotic Tonka bean complete the atmospheric dry-down. Opulent and daring, mysterious and complex, Elixir echoes Hammam Bouquet, created by William Penhaligon in 1872. Penhaligon's bath & shower gels are designed to produce a rich lather and contain gentle ingredients to help leave skin feeling soft and refreshed. Simply lather between your hands, apply to a cloth or sponge or pour under hot running water for an indulgent foaming bath.

About Penhaligons
Penhaligon's of London have been producing their scents in England for over 135 years. Using only the finest rare ingredients - from hand squeezed bergamot, to jasmine at twice the price of gold. It was founded by William Penhaligon in 1870 when he opened his first Barber shop on Jermyn Street, Mayfair. His first scent, Hammam Bouquet, was produced in 1872 and was inspired by the steam and sulphurous aromas of his neighbouring Turkish baths. Today Penhaligon's continue to lead the way by working with master perfumers who are able to interpret their distinctive ideas into creative and innovative perfumery.
