I was searching for a good quality shaving cream and finally arrived at this Penhaligons cream. It is not the cheapest but a really quality product. It is very concentrated, you hardly need any on your brush to mix up into a luxurious cream. I use a Kent BLK8 brush and one small pea sized amount, produces a rich cream for three to four passes. It also has a light refreshing fragrance that is present in the background. The fragrance I can describe as limes / lemon /citrus. Just pleasant enough, obviously Penhaligons have had a great deal of experience. I might just treat my self to their after shave. All in all a top quality product not cheap, but then I have always believed you get what you pay for.

About Penhaligons

Penhaligon's of London have been producing their scents in England for over 135 years. Using only the finest rare ingredients - from hand squeezed bergamot, to jasmine at twice the price of gold. It was founded by William Penhaligon in 1870 when he opened his first Barber shop on Jermyn Street, Mayfair. His first scent, Hammam Bouquet, was produced in 1872 and was inspired by the steam and sulphurous aromas of his neighbouring Turkish baths. Today Penhaligon's continue to lead the way by working with master perfumers who are able to interpret their distinctive ideas into creative and innovative perfumery.
