Sensitive Skin Buying Guide
A lot of men believe that they have sensitive skin but often this is caused by poor technique and / or poor quality shaving products. Using a good quality shaving soap or cream with a shaving brush and a safety razor is usually enough to reduce shaving irritation. That being said, some men do have more sensitive skin than others and there are products available to help.
Shaving Soap and Shaving Cream
If you have sensitive skin then it is advisable to avoid the highly perfumed shaving soaps and creams and instead use one of the lightly fragranced or sensitive skin shaving creams or soaps.
Aftershave Balms
It is important after shaving to use an aftershave balm or gel to replenish the skin and soothe any shaving irritation. Apply liberally to the face and neck for best results.
