Delivery

We deliver to anywhere in the world and we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 7pm UK time within one working day using first class delivery services. Orders to the UK are normally delivered next day after shipping. Orders posted internationally (including Europe) are normally delivered in 5 - 7 days after shipping.

Christmas Delivery

The last posting date for Royal Mail 1st Class is Tuesday 20th December. All orders placed before the end of Monday 19th December will be dispatched by this date unless they are out of stock. Any order placed after Monday 19th December will be dispatched within 24 hours and may still arrive before Christmas but this is less likely. Please note that even if an order is dispatched before the Royal Mail last posting date this does not guarantee that the item will arrive by Christmas as 1st Class orders can occasionally be delayed.

Orders over £39 qualify for FREE 1st Class UK delivery.

Postage costs for UK orders are charged at £2.45. Orders over £39 will receive free UK delivery. For international orders the postage costs for your order will be displayed in the shopping basket after you have added your items and chosen your selected shipping country.

Orders Out Of Stock

Please note that we are not able to part-ship orders. If your order contains items that are out of stock then your order will be placed on hold until all items are available.

Packaging

All of our external packaging is 100% recyclable and all of our protective materials are either re-used or biodegradeable to help to protect the environment.

Delayed / Lost Orders

Occasionally orders take a bit longer to be delivered by Royal Mail than normal and in some very rare cases they may not arrive at all. If you do not receive your order within 14 working days (21 working days for international orders) then please contact us and we will arrange a replacement to be sent or for your order to be cancelled and refunded.
